Have not used this CD for the longest time, it is Artylicious "Filigree Fusion" and both background papers are from there. The topper is a Graphicus stamp stamped into wet toilet paper and allowed to dry. A technique I saw Sheena Douglas do ages ago. When dry I distressed with DI Tattered Rose and Dusty Concorde. Well! - wet toilet paper. You learn something everyday. A lovely effect though Jen and I love anything Artylicious.

I watched this technique as well, but have never tried it. I think I will be though, this is a super card.
