On Our Travels with Darcy's Post Card Challenge - Brazil

This is such fun, after a very long ride from Austria to Spain and feeling a little saddle sore, the duo get a rest as they travel on a freight ship to Brazil. Once in Brazil what is more fun than a Carnival. My inspiration came from a digi kit from "The Studio" called Masquerade. I used the papers and elements to design the paper for the page of my book. I then created my postcard to echo the colours and style. The background is a variety of DI on glossy card. I then used a number of stamps, some embossed in gold, to build up the scene. Finally I added my face mask which I stamped on shrink plastic and my bike charm. The message to Jim ends with the confession that one of them is missing him very much.

  5. Beautiful postcard and pages. Wonderful colours. The story is getting very interesting - which one misses Jim? It will all end in tears - or perhaps a new bike?
