Dragon's Dream TIO # 82 - Winged Things

Decide to play with airplanes this week. I stamped and clear embossed the world from Creative Expressions Travel stamp set onto silk art card. I swirled this on a mixture of DIs mainly Crushed Olive, Spiced Marmalade and Tumbled Glass. I had previously made the world stamp in UTEE in the melt pot and I used a piece to cover part of the background scene. I stamped the two planes, stamps from Artemio and Habico, in DI onto the background. My jigsaw pieces are crackled and the planes stamped on top with Stazon, then distressed with spiced marmalade. The "explore" is from K & Co and has been in my stash for years.
Enjoyed using all the different techniques to make this but my recently tidied craft room now looks like a bomb has hit it! Thanks for looking, all your comments are much appreciated.

  8. Jen, this absolutely has to be enlarged to get the full effect. It's gorgeous with the world stamp you made in UTEE. And the puzzle pieces are just perfect. You are one talented artist, my friend. And also, I would like to thank you for the condolences for my family's loss. That was so kind of you and very much appreciated.
