This week Rainbow Lady's Challenge is once again sponsored by the very generous Joanne Sheen. I have used an image from her "Enchanted Dreams" CD for my topper, adding just a touch of glitter and a peel off. The backing paper is printed from a Serif kit "Sweet Dreams" and I cut a border along the bottom with my new Martha Stewart punch and then mounted it on silver mirror card.
