Rainbow Lady's Challenge # 152 - Lets Feel It (texture)

This week's challenge over at rainbow Lady's challenge blog is sponsored by Chi Chi Memories and I have used one of their cute digis and sentiments for my card this week. The image is coloured with Promarkers and mounted on blue mirri which was embossed in a bubbles folder to provide my texture. The sea life are on little springs, a set I bought a long time back from QVC, and used to add a little more dimension and create that under water feel.
