This week we are in Belgium. I was researching it when I came across "The Folon Foundation". This is a wonderful park and centre outside of Brussels which houses the work of Jean Michel Folon. Some of the sculptures he has scattered about the park feature a gentleman in a raincoat and hat with or without an umberella. This caught my eye as it is an image used by Tim Holtz frequently. So here is my postcard in homage to Jean Michel Folon and Tim Holtz. I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder and one of his stamps. I coloured and added the rain with a water colour pencil in silver grey. Below is my page, the backing papers I made using marbling paint in water and as I cannot resist Belgian Chocolates I cut my title from printed paper covered in chocolates. Thank you all so much for the kind comments you leave, I am so enjoying seeing all your postcards and reading your stories. Jen x

Not saying TH used Folon's sculpture for his image, don't know where he got his inspiration. I just saw a similarity when I saw the statues.
