For the background the tag was painted with Rose Eco acrylic paint and this was dried. It was then covered with watered down PVA glue and quickly, before that dried, a coat of Clam shell was added. This was then dried with a heat gun to achieve the peeled paint look. The chair was a wooden stamp from a box of about 50 stamps bought as a set from QVC years ago. Challenges do make you look through your stash. The pink rose, from a page of Victorian scraps, was pasted on using soft gloss gel medium. The lace, red rose and metal charm were glued on as shown.
