Looking forward with this challenge. The backing papers are from MCS, the stamp origins unknown. I have had it for a long time and not used it before! I coloured the balloons with Promarkers and 2011 is a rub on. The sentiment is printed with the Xyron design runner.Thank you for taking a look and a happy New Year to you all.
